The founders of the Association of Motoring Historians of Bulgaria NPO, in view of the need for an association, which to work for the culture, history and promotion of retro car life in Bulgaria, having in mind the significant potential of a clear definition and positioning of priorities on the above mentioned work of the retro car guild and by committing to work for their affirmation, development and priority, adopted the decision to found the said Association of Motoring Historians of Bulgaria NPO.
A Member of the Association may be any legal and natural person with capacity under Bulgarian law, which works, helps or is emphatic to the issues and goals of the Association and accepts its Articles of Association and vision for placing the historical vehicles in modern society.
